Hello! I’m glad you’ve taken the time to visit my little corner of the internet.
My name is Ed Lochocki, and I am currently a graduate student in the physics department at Cornell University. Physics Soup is, among other things, my attempt to “iron out” my thoughts on physics. For a slightly more detailed explanation, see my Mission Statement.
Whenever possible, I present the main ideas and conclusions of each post right in the beginning. The interested reader can usually continue on to get more details and insight.
I have a classification scheme to help you navigate through my posts. There are three high-level categories:
Within the physics category, I have broken things up further and identified posts that:
- predominantly apply for high school students, college students, or graduate students
- contain advice
- are physics lessons
Hopefully this helps! As time goes on, I will make a “road map” for the blog that will explain all the relationships between the different posts.
